School Students Studio Tour with Lunch

A special group package for school students that pairs the Ramoji Film City studio tour with lunch, designed for school excursions. Children see real film sets, enjoy shows and the Fundustan play area, and learn about birds and butterflies on the eco tour — with lunch arranged inside so teachers do not need to manage meals.

We handle the booking with Ramoji, plan the arrival time for your group and, if needed, arrange buses from your school in Hyderabad or nearby districts.

What the day covers

  • Guided studio tour through film sets, with the Bahubali set
  • Ramoji Movie Magic and the Eureka shows
  • Fundustan and the eco tour (bird and butterfly parks)
  • Lunch inside the film city
  • Exact inclusions as per Ramoji's student package — we share them with your quote

What we need from you

  • Group size (students and accompanying teachers)
  • Preferred date and arrival time
  • School name and a contact person
  • Any documents Ramoji asks for student groups, such as an institution letter or ID cards — we confirm what applies
  • Whether you need buses from your school

How group booking works

  1. Send your group details through the enquiry form or on WhatsApp.
  2. We confirm availability and share a quote with the package price, any transport and our service charge.
  3. Confirm and share the documents needed for the student package.
  4. We book through Ramoji's travel-agent system and send the confirmation.
  5. On the day, the group reports at the entrance between 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM with the confirmation.

  • Keep students in small groups, each with a teacher
  • Set a meeting point and time at Eureka
  • Carry a first-aid kit and water
  • Wear comfortable shoes and caps

  • Do not carry outside food (baby food is allowed)
  • Do not climb on sets or props
  • Do not enter areas where filming is going on
  • Do not leave any student without supervision

Ramoji Film City is on the Hyderabad–Vijayawada highway. City buses run from Koti, and Ramoji offers a pickup-and-drop AC bus from select Hyderabad points at an extra charge, booked with the tickets. We can also arrange a private car.

Cancellation & refund policy

  • Ramoji Film City treats tickets as final once issued: refunds and date changes are generally not available, including for rain or weather. Where a package has its own terms, we share them in writing before you pay.
  • If we cannot issue tickets for your chosen date, the full amount you paid us is refunded to your original payment method.
  • Shows, rides and zones can change on the day for maintenance, weather or shooting schedules. Such changes are set by Ramoji Film City and are not refundable.
  • Please check names, date, package and number of adults and children before you confirm.

Terms & conditions

  • Ramoji Film City sets ticket prices, timings, show schedules, package inclusions and park rules. Taxes are as per Ramoji's billing.
  • Children are charged by height, not age: under 33 inches free, 33–54 inches child ticket, above 54 inches adult ticket.
  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed (baby food and water for infants are allowed).
  • Professional cameras and lenses beyond a standard DSLR kit (18–55 mm), laptops and tablets are not allowed inside; use the cloakroom.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Pets are not allowed.
  • Private vehicles stay in the parking area; inside the film city you travel by Ramoji's buses.
  • Rides and adventure activities have height, weight and age limits posted at each activity.

It is a group package for school students with their teachers. We confirm eligibility and documents with Ramoji when you enquire.

Is lunch included?

Yes, lunch is part of this package.

Until what time can the group enter?

Entry is between 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM; the tour runs until 5:30 PM.

Can you arrange buses?

Yes, we can arrange buses from your school and include them in the quote.

Can we carry our own food?

No, outside food and drinks are not allowed, except baby food and water for infants. Restaurants and food courts are available inside.

Is Prakriti Escapes part of Ramoji Film City?

No. We are an independent travel company registered as a travel agent with Ramoji Film City. Tickets can also be bought directly from Ramoji Film City.
