By accessing, browsing, or making bookings through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Scope of Service & Platform
Prakriti Escapes acts as an aggregator and booking agent. We facilitate reservations for national park safaris (such as Gir National Park, Rann of Kutch), ropeways, gondolas, VIP temple darshans, and other regional attractions. All booking confirmations are subject to local administrative regulations, availability of forest department permits, and operational constraints of the third-party providers.
3. Bookings, Payments & Permits
For government-regulated attractions like jungle safaris, permit allocation is managed by the respective government forest departments. Bookings are confirmed only when the official permit is generated by the department. In rare circumstances where tickets/permits cannot be secured due to quota limitations, system updates, or cancellations by government bodies, a 100% refund of the booking amount will be initiated to your source payment method.
4. Identification & Verification
Travelers are required to provide precise, valid identification information (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID) during the booking process. The same original ID card must be presented physically by all guests at the attraction entrance. Failure to produce matching, valid identification may result in forest authorities or operators denying entry, and no refunds or compensations will be provided in such cases.
5. Cancellations, Fees & Refunds
All cancellations, reschedule requests, and refunds are processed in strict accordance with our cancellation policy, which varies by attraction:
- Safaris: Highly restricted. Non-refundable within 48 hours of the slot.
- VIP Darshans: Non-refundable once the booking ID/token is generated.
- Ropeways/Gondolas: Subject to operator policy. Full refund only if suspended by the operator due to weather/technical failure.
6. Forest Rules & User Code of Conduct
While visiting wildlife sanctuaries and national parks, travelers must comply with the Wildlife Protection Act and local forestry regulations. You must not:
- Litter, discard plastics, or pollute natural habitats.
- Feed, tease, disturb, or attempt to get close to wild animals.
- Carry weapons, inflammable materials, or play loud music inside sanctuary zones.
- Step off the designated safari tracks or disembark from the vehicles without forest guide instructions.
Any violation may lead to immediate eviction by forest rangers and legal prosecution without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Prakriti Escapes shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, changes in safari timings, route alterations, or closures enacted by local administration or forest departments. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any personal injury, loss of life, or property damage incurred during the tour or activity. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before embarking on nature tours.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including text, logos, icons, graphics, user interface design, and software, is the exclusive property of Prakriti Escapes. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, scraping, or repurposing any material on this website for commercial use without our explicit prior written consent.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with bookings, payments, or usage of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
