2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our travelers and our local partners.
- Safaris (Gir, Rann of Kutch): Non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled slot. 50% refund if cancelled 7 days in advance.
- Ropeways & Gondolas: 100% refund if cancelled by the operator due to technical issues or extreme weather. Non-refundable otherwise.
- VIP Darshans: Non-refundable once the booking ID is generated.
- Other Attractions: Refundable up to 24 hours prior to the experience, minus a 10% processing fee.
